Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> Oracle 8.0.4 Install on SP2
When installing on aix4.3.2 high node we are being prompted
for Oracle Parallel Server(OPS) installation from Oracle
8.0.4 Installer. We don't have a need for OPS. We want
independent oracle databases on only two nodes. Question
is how can this be done? It appears that Oracle is assuming
you want OPS because you are running on an SP2.
Appreciate the help!
