Uninstalling Webdb

Hi

I have manually delected Webdb from oracle because it was not working properly in hopes of reinstalling the software. When trying to reinstall Webdb, it does not install the library files because it thinks they exist on the system. I've tried to copied the library files to the lib directory but that doesn't work either.

Does anyone know how to manually install the libraries required for webdb or how know the profile that that oracle installer refers to that tells it what is installed
