Snapshots slow under 7.3.4

We used fast refresh snapshots under Oracle 7.3.1. After we
upgraded to 7.3.4 the refresh of the snapshots takes much longer than
before.



Did anyone experience a similar problem and knows what causes this
delay?



Any advice will be apreciated.
