Hi!



I'm just reacing the Koch/Loney Oracle 8 complete reference book and
trying to create some objects, but it seems impossible with my Oracle
installation:



create type test as object;

ERROR at line 1:


ORA-00439: feature not enabled: Objects




I use Oracle 8 for Linux.



Is that some kind of trial version restriction or do i have to enable it
in a config script?
