How to call Unix SendMail from Oracle?

Greetings:



I need to initiate e-mail sends from my Oracle 7.3.3.5.0 system.
We do not have the Oracle*Mail program, so it looks like I need to
call the Unix server's SendMail routine. Can anyone here give me
an overview (or details) on how to do this?
