Re: Can't start listener - operfdll failed

I am not sure why the listener won't start, but the operfdll.dll is used for the performance monitor from MS which is used by Oracle. Search the previous threads, you can manually load the metrics for the dll, but as a quick test, run the Oracle installer and deinstall the Performance Utility
