Downloading software from Oracle

I am working at a site with a huge set of Oracle licenses and we already have Oracle 8.0.4. We would like to get a copy of 8.0.5. Can this software be downloaded from their Web site, or FTPed or do we have to wait on UPS/the USPS to bring us a CD?
