UNIX V7 to NT V8 migration

I am looking at migrating from Oracle V7.3 on a UNIX box to Oracle V8 on an
NT box.  Has anybody done this?  If so, do you have any hints, tips or
suggestions as to the best way to do this?  Any ideas or help would be
greatly appreciated.
