Could U be more Specific ?
Generally these Network Config Info is stored in $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/tnsnames.ora & listener.ora on a Unix Platform which defines the SQlNet(or Net8) Tns Connect strings used by the Client Programs to connect to a Specified Database .
