Ok, Now for once in Dutch(There have been French posts enough recently)
...
De host in je tnsnames.ora (en listener.ora) moet localhost zijn met een
entry voor localhost in c:\winnt\system32\etc\drivers\hosts
Deze entry is
127.0.0.1 localhost
Die staat standaard al in de hosts.sam in dezelfde directory.
Mocht je in het netwerk applet in control panel een IP adres hebben
ingevoerd verwijder dat dan. 127.0.0.1 is de standaard loopback, werkt
altijd, en waarschijnlijk komt TCP/IP nu niet meer van je eigen PC af.
