NT 4+SP3, OWS 3.0 , Oracle 8.0.4

Before installing OWS3.0, Oarcle 8 works well.

After I install OWS3.0 for NT without any problems, then I do: "owsctl start wrb", also no problem.

But when I do "owsctl start admin", the error message is:

The instruction at "0x1003503f" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".

Is this error really caused by bad memory? Any other way to check it out(for both memory and OWS itself)?

Any idea? Thanks a lot!

Please email me!!!!!
