Hi,



Has anyone had a need to insert a row in a table that capture a
timestamp and date as one field?  The date has to be included in the
timestamp.  If so, the timestamp need to display down to the
milliseconds.  Can Oracle8 handle it and what would be an appropriate
format(s)?
