I am getting some conflicting into from Oracle Tech. Support regarding the JDBC support on 8.0.5 under RedHat 6.0/5.2. One guy said there is no OCI driver support under Linux, another said it should work. It does appear that the Oracle/Linux CD includes example *.java for oci8 as well as thin JDBC. Has anyone gotten the JDBC/OCI drivers working under Linux??? If so could you mail me the Employee.java file from jdbc/sample/oci8 with any necessary changes and/or explain necessary configuration steps.

Thanks
