Looking for mid-tier server supporting OCI

Greetings,

I have an application which currently uses OCI to connect to an Oracle 7 database. The application currently has no connection pooling capabilities, and for a variety of reasons, never will.

I am looking for a mid-tier server which can accept an arbitrary number of OCI connections from this application, and use a defined pool of connections to actually communicate to the DB on the backend.

Anyone know of such a beast?
