ora-01034,ora-09243,0ra-04101-help!!!

Hi,
My database server(oracle 8.0.5 on NT) was abnormally shutdown.When i restarted the NT my database did not come up. It gave the following oracle errors when i tried to bring up sql plus.

ORA-01034
ORA-09243
ORA-04101

In the documentation i could only find out about ora-01034.The other two errors have no description given.

My questions are-

1.what is the problem in this case
2. what do the other two errors mean.
3.The first error(ora-01034) says that size of sga must be small. How do

i increase the size of sga without bringing up the database.
