Hi Cindy,

For some reason privileges granted via roles are disabled when executing stored procedures, so system privileges must be granted explicitly to users for this to work. Try connecting as "sys" or "internal" and do "GRANT CREATE TABLE TO SYSTEM" and re-run the procedure.
