There are some known bugs with 7.3.2 and the shared pool that can cause it to
suddenly slow down and stay slow. The fix for this is to upgrade to 7.3.4. We
ran into this problem, but it was only on specific databases and we never got a
clear answer from Oracle as to what the problem was only that it was a known
bug.
