Oracle Perl cartridge error

Anybody familiar with Oracle Web application Server and its Perl Cartridge ? I am testing out a file upload script and get the following error

"Perl Cartridge Error: Undefined subroutine &WRBPersist::u02::ows302::ows::_33_2e0::perl::fileUpload_2ecgi::handler called at /u02/ows302/ows/3.0/perl/lib/persist.pl line 114"

We are using OWS 3.0 and Perl 5.003
