HELP: Reports unable to complete

Hello! I'm not the Oracle DBA for my company, but I am an avid user. I'm looking for assistance on this one. None of our reports are completing. They all just get stuck eternally in Pending. This is the only function that is disabled at the present time. Any tips on how to get the reports to Complete? This is not a printer error. Please advise. Thanks!
