Import dbf to Oracle database

Hi all,
I am new to Oracle.
I have two pdf files that need to be appended to tables in Orcle datase every month.
What tool do I use? Do I use the SQL* plus? Is it good to write a store procedure to run every month? How can I schedule the SP to run? I don't know where to start.
