Net8 Easy Config

Oracle has Net8 Easy Config for the Windows NT Platform.
They also say in their documentation somewhere that one
shouldn't edit the tnsnames.ora files directly, but that one
should use Net8 Easy config instead. Right? Here's my
question. Is there a Net8 Easy config for the Unix platform?
