Home -> Community -> Usenet -> c.d.o.server -> Re: Out of Memory on Solaris2.5 while creating Oracle8 db?
refer /etc/system file and shared memory/semaphore kernel parameters
if you have not allocated shared memory & semaphore
enough for oracle instance (SGA)
edit your /etc/system file correctly
and reboot the system
try again !!
