OAS 4.0.6 and NLS Help

Hi,
I'm trying to configure OAS 4.0.6 to handle multiple languages for an application using different DAD's and NLS (advanced menu) but am having problems - I get a Dr. Watsons on NT and Solaris gives a problem starting cartridges.

Is there a step by step guide on how to set this up for configurations of OAS and outside OAS.
