raid 5 under NT 4.0

Hi,
have someone experience in 'Create database' with Raid5 on a Compaq P 300 PC with
NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 or Service Pack 4? I tried to create a new instance on various Oracle Software (8.i, 8.0.5, 7.3.4) but I have
some stange faults:
-Datafile bigger as 1 GB could not created (Fault message from the
Database assistant)
-Rollback Datafile with filesize 160 MB would produced only with 16 MB

• although complete path like: 'E:\...\.....\..system01.ora' was indicated, file would save at 'D' and not on 'E'. Has somebody similar problems when createing DB with Raid 5?
