This can be done in a number of ways. Which is correct for you needs more information before you can decide.

  1. Replication is designed to handle exactly this sort of situation (see the earlier posts by Jonathan Lewis, Kevin Lewis and myself for more details).
  2. Given the small data volumes, it may not be worth the time etc. to set up replication, but maybe you can do something manual. This could be either through the use of database links, or some file based system you write yourself.
