Ora8 personal ed. and Ora. Developer

Has anyone had any experience with these two products? I am getting some major version conflicts, and I was just curious if anyone else has tried the same thing.

Oracle8 personal edition ver. 8.0.4.0.0

and

Oracle Developer ver. 6.0

I keep getting this error:
ORACLE80.EXE file is linked to export NS80.DLL:nszclientroles

after i install the developer with my personal ed.

Anyone have any ideas?
