anurag: you can not defragment table on system tablespace like you would for other table. you have to recreate your database and import data which require outage and not possible for some production. Performance wise I would not worry too much about extents and you may have problem where your extents may exceed max_extent. From your description, you block size is > 2k and max_extents is depends on block size.
2k is 150+
4k is 256 +
check this number out.
