You are running in archive log mode and are not moving the online redo logs as they are being filled.

The solution is to either change the mode to NOARCVHIVELOG mode or when the DB switches log files move them to a safe location. You can get ORACLE to do this automatically (see the manual on "arch") or yourself with a script.
