Newer than newbie. Learning Oracle.

I currently work with Access and VB. I want to learn a REAL database. I understand I can download development versions of Oracle from Oracle. Do they have CD's for development/learning? Downloading 200+mb is a bit of a strain on my puny ISDN 128k connection.
