Hi



I'm using Oracle 8.0.4 on a standalone machine, Using developer 2000 as
listener tools.


My question is ... do i have to start LSNRCTL80 from dos everytime I
want to


connect to the database locally through Developer 2000 ?



Can anybody help please !
