NT server reboots

Hi,



Does anyone know if a hard roboot or a soft reboot makes any
difference to NT4 server running Oracle express server 6.2. The
applictaion is Oracle financial analyzer 6.2 and someone has claimed
that a hard roboot is good for OFA. Does anyone know different? My
feelings are that a soft roboot will have just as much benifit......
