Minimum Disk Configuration

I'm an Oracle newbie trying to put together a small Oracle8 server.

1-2 GB worth of data.
30-50 concurrent users.
This is a transactional database, not a data warehouse. Many single-row writes. Many more reads. Running on Windows NT 4.0

Anyone care to suggest the minimum disk configuration I could get away with?
