Newbie needs help with NT 4.0 Oracle 8.0.5.0.0

I am having problems starting service OracleAgent80.
I am getting error message Error 0009 The control block address is invalid.



This is on a NT 4.0 with 64 M of memory and a 8Gig hard drive.  



Any help is appreciated...
