How to resolve ORA-12203, TNS

I had Oracle 7 and Personal Oracle 8 on my
machine and had problems. So I deleted Orant
directory (Oracle Home) and


HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Oracle, and
reinstalled Oracle 7 client. But I continue to
get Ora-12203 TNS:Unable to connect to


destination. Tnsnames.ora is in \network\admin\.



How to resolve this?
