Advanced queueing

Hi,
I installed Oracle 8i 1.5 on Win NT 4
I've created a queue with multiple consumers. I have no problems enqueueing a message, but there is no messages to dequeue, although consumer name is in aq${queue_name} table.
Anybody has experience with that?
