Wilhelm,

 You can install Oracle 7 on one partition (say, C drive) and install Oracle 8 on another partition (say, D drive) on your NT box. When configuring SQL*Net listener and Net8 listener on the same box, use different listener names (for example, LISTENER73 for Oracle 7 and LISTENER81 for Oracle8i).
