Problem with the OracleAgent under NT4, please help!

Hi!

I have Oracle 8.0.3. installed on the NT4Server+SP4 and I couldn't start OracleAgent service.
It fails with error in the DBSNMP.EXE application. Please help me to figure out
where I made mistake or what wrong with my Oracle installation.
