My JOBs keep failing

Dear All,

I am able to create jobs and have been able to run them successfully using:

dbms_job.run(JobNo)

But, the jobs do not run successfully on an automated basis at the interval described. The jobs simply fail, incrementing the failed counter until the job becomes 'Broken'. I am creating and running the jobs as user 'DEV'. As expected, if I try to login as any other user (including 'SYS') and run the jobs, I can't because I don't own them. If anybody has any clues they give me, it would be greatly appreicated.

We are running 8.0.5 on Digital Unix 10.0.4e
