It is very common to have Multiple ORacle Databases running on the Same Server. They can Share the same ORACLE_HOME or different ones. But Pls Make sure that you have good amount of resources(CPU/Memory/I/O Capabilities,Swap etc) before adding more Databases.

But it is generally not advisable to have Databases supporting different type of Applications like OLTP and DataWarehouse together.
