Yes, but only if you run 8i. In earlier versions, there was no syntax to support this, so what DBA's did to get around this was to rebuild the database elsewhere, export what was needed and import to the original database. This was more complicated if you wanted to perform point in time recovery, and you need to manage any integrity issues yourself.
