Snapshot problem

When i try to create a snapshot.
i have these error :
ORA-1001 INVALID CURSOR here is the instruction :
CREATE SNAPSHOT REPL
REFRESH FORCE WITH ROWID
AS select * from REPL_at_ORACLE.WORLD_at_VOILE;

The database link works good.
I've create a snapshot log.

Can you help me
