     25GB is still fairly small. Terabyte databases are out there and running under Oracle. The 10K users will be more of a challenge but Oracle will be able to handle it with the right network and systems. You definitely will need to dump any NT servers and go with Unix boxes. Sun, IBM, and HP all have systems that will handle it.
