OWebServer 3.0.1: Web-based Administration with Netscape

Hello everyone,
with oracle web application server 3.0.1.0.0 for NT. i'am trying to use the oracle web-based administration pages to configure the web application server with following problems:

owsctl start wrb - webrequest broker is up owsctl start admin -admin listener is up owsctl start <myweb>-starting my weblistener: cannot find my weblistener

using the web browser to navigate to the web application server welcome page with
http://<localhost:default-port>
results with : Invalid url-syntax.

using <ip-adress:default-port> results: the request did not specify a valid virtual host.
