WebDB PL/SQL Problems

Greetings -

I am working with WebDB on Solaris 7 & Oracle 8.0.5. It installed fine and seems to be running. I can work with the system as scott/tiger and generate components just fine.

When I log in as another user (assigned Webdb Developer role), and generate a form, I get a message similar to :

PLS-00302 component 'QBE' must be declared

The object shows up in Enterprise Manager, and reports the same problem on the code. What's going on?
