Oracle / Netware / memory problems

While unloading Oracle-NLM's for later server-backup the server says

" module did not release 816 resources

  Resource : small memory allocation
  Description : alloc memory (bytes)"

After this the server hangs.

The number of resources vary.

During the day the server had some messages like that

"An NLM has been loaded that does not allow low priority threads to be run
..."

The server had been running for a year without this problem. The only change I know

is an increase of users on this database.

The database has the version 7.3.2.3.0, Netware is 4.11.

Does anyone know the reason for this behaviour or better : Is there a solution or workaround ?
