TNS Lost contact

Hello,

i have running Oracle 7.3.4 on AIX 4.3.2. I have a lot of tns - lost contact errors and i don't know what's the problem.

My idea is the semaphores settings
because when i use the command
ipcs for show semaphores, i can't
see semaphores used by oracle.
When i use ipcs on Solaris or SNI
i see semaphores with oracle.

What is the problem?
