Go to http://technet.oracle.com and become a member of Oracle Technology Network. It is free and you will always receive uptodate promotions and download information.

Almost all Oracle software is available there for download. If o8i is not available there it will be available by next month or so.

I had registered for free o8i for linux CD on technet about two months and Oracle had sent me an email telling me that o8i for NT is available immediately but for linux will be available by the mid of June.
