Connect Access97 into Oracle

Has anyone gone to the trouble of using Oracle's CREATE DATABASE LINK command to connect to an ACCESS97 database?

I could get the SQL command to process successfully; however, I believe there are some additional steps one has to tell Oracle how I'm connecting to ACCESS. SQL example: CREATE PUBLIC DATABASE LINK AccessTest

                             CONNECT Admin IDENTIFIED BY password
                             USING 'C:\TEMP\DB1.MDB'

Oracle documentation talks about some Heterogeneous Services which must be installed. The CATHS.SQL script has been run so I know they are there.

Has anyone had any success?

Thanks,
