Long raw column write to OS files, how?

Don't know how to write long row columns which store images to OS files.



OAS PL/SQL cateridge upload picture into ows_content table, I need to get it
out and put it into a OS file so it would be displayed on client's web
browser.


Just couldn't figure it out.



Any tips are appreciated.
