ORA-600 running Catproc

In the process of creating a new db, i run catproc and get the following error:

CREATE TYPE sys.aq$_agent
*
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15456], [AQ$_AGENT], [13], [7], [tdo generation], [], [], []
ORA-21700: object does not exist or is marked for delete

What could make this happen??

System: Oracle 8.0.5, AIX 4.3.2
